Any tips on getting a THREE year old to stop biting her lip?

She bites her lip when she is concentrating or sleeping. She bites so hard she leaves marks of her two front teeth under her bottom lip. What can be done to stop this? Thanks in advance.

gtloquero When she does it while sleeping, better watch out for that. And when she does it while concentrating, then better give her alternatives like eating a hard candy etc. This may lead into a habit. By the way, how old is your child?

gtloquero For me, yoga helps human body healthy. Healthy mind, spirit, holistically. No doubt, this is one of the hobbies that body conscious people practice. But sad to say, I am not one of them. :) I don't practice yoga for meditating.

gtloquero True enough. Love is the essence why humans do exist. But scientifically, love for the whole system of our body makes us existing. Loving even the minute particle of our body. That is by taking care of ourselves; our health.

gtloquero I don't think it's wrong to fell in love with your close friend. I believe everything is worth a try. How could you conclude that she doesn't like you too if you will not try to reach out? Or else, you will regret this once in a lifetime chance to get closer...
