marguicha I prepare fried eggplants many times as a side dish. I cut them in coarse rounds and fry them then I slow down the fire and put over them parmesan cheese and some dry oregao. They are terrific. YUMMY!!!

Deborah L. Alten Um, I don't know. We use the terms with toddlers and puppies. I don't think I use the term for adults. But house-broken is a good/better term. A little more grown up, I guess.
