Just prior to heading off to work, my heart starts to hurt my chest. I am pretty sure that the stress is causing my bloodpressure to shoot up. Any Ideas on how to lower the stress. Sorry I have to stay at my job to pay the bills.

We were given a lot of ground pork. I am looking for ideans on how to prepare it. I have made sloppy joes(very good). Fried it with eggs( very fullfilling). any ideas would be greatly appreaciated. Thank you.

My favorite nut is probably the pine nut. When I am walking I like to dig those out of the pine cone and get a refreshing meal. I will take any answer that has a nut in the name. Example peanuts are okay.

raw milk

I admit I am one who drinks raw organic milk. It just tastes so good I could never drink homogenized milk again. I hope others can find places to get raw milk from a clean dairy as I have.
