I have between 8 and 10 glasses of water a day and people say that is too much. How much should you have. What is best forweight loss to have water before, during or after a meal.

Healthelp I am sorry about your situation. I totally agree with you. A friend of mine is going thru it to. Everytime he doesn't get his daughter, he goes to the FOC to file a complaint. Every so many complaints leads to a motion and has ended up going before a judge....

Healthelp I am glad to hear that your healthy. That is so important. I on the other hand was not. I started looking into cleansing and toxins and how they affect the body and it has helped so much. That is how I got off the meds.
