iftikharsumn Some time its very good not take medicine immediately. Your own body defender get your health back. But in serious matters you should consult to your doctor it may be dangerous. I also don't take medicine immediately. I take care of my self when i feel bad....

iftikharsumn Hi dear. Drinking water before meal is very useful and one should drink water before meal. And if you have forgotten drinking water before you can drink in between the meal. But should not drink after the meal. Because it causes a lot of digestive problems....
