ilse72 Of course, there will be post-operative pain but the doctor will prescribe pain medication for him or tell you what to give him. Actually, the first 24 hours are the worst and he will sleep through most of those due to the after effects of the anesthesia....

Does anyone know a quick and easy way of dusting ornamenets etc? Or even better, ways to stop dust getting onto them? I already use a glass case for the more fiddly items, but dust is a real nuisance generally. No cop outs...

ilse72 I forgot to mention, I use a very soft makeup brush (you can also use an artist's paint brush) on the ornaments that are so fragile I am worried about dusting with the blow dryer.
