Is there a painless way to lose weight?

I've tried everything imaginable to lose weight but they all involve suffering.Hunger pains,headaches and jitters just don't cut it.Is there something I've overlooked?

irishrose26 Be sure to eat ENOUGH! You should be able to meet your caloric needs and still lose weight if you focus on eating lots of low calorie, high volume foods.

irishrose26 BOTH! I compete to enjoy myself ;) Although if I have to choose one, I would say enjoyment. I could live the rest of my life without ever entering another horse show and I would still feel satisfied.

irishrose26 Christina will say yes, but not right away. It might be an episode or two. Callie will say no. At least, I really, really hope she says no. George is just responding to his dad's death. Remember how much his dad liked Callie?

irishrose26 I prefer to buy my own scents. Different frangrances and fragrance oils can smell vastly different from one person to another, so it's hard to really buy for other people. The exception would be if I had told someone that I really enjoyed *fragrance*.
