There're times when I can't sleep at night and remain wide awake. So I grabbed my laptop and spend the night at a neighbourhood 24-hour MacDonalds because there is free wireless. How do you guys spend the night?

jammy8484 Generally I pick up a book to read. Else I listen to some music, watch a movie or else just talk on the phone. Or else just lie down and think of how my day was. Sometimes I also just lie and say my prayers to God.

jammy8484 I just cannot sleep with lights on. I always put off the lights before sleeping. I also draw the curtains and have absolute silence and darkness in my room before i sleep. I can't sleep with even a night lamp on !
