joyceann51 I'm frugal. Anyone on a budget have to be frugal. Making a dollar stretch is not always easy. Every penny counts. Being frugal is not alway a regular mentality but is at times necessary.

joyceann51 This age is not even considered preteen as far as I am concerned. I would not send my child alone to a movie or anywhere else for that matter alone. There are to many dangers, to many predators lurking to take advantage of the young and innocent.
