jules2653 I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy. I am trying to take off that extra weight. It took me a while to lose weight after my first pregnancy but I finally got it off. It can be frustrating.

jules2653 If I didn't use my alarm clock, I wouldn't wake up. It has to be set on that annoying ring. If I set it on the radio, I will sleep through it. I sleep pretty hard unless my kids wake me up. I set my alarm about 15 minutes before I have to start getting up.

jules2653 The one rule that I have a hard time with is free your mind from worries. I try not to worry but if it's not one thing, it's another thing. I guess that I don't get anything out of worrying now that I think about it.
