kareendj Hi laglen.. I don't know if this is a good spam recipe but I usually use it for korean-style makki. The fillings for the makki include: spam strips, pickled radish strips, carrot strips, cucumber strips, scrambled egg strips. Yum!!!

kareendj I make mine with the usual milk, butter, salt and pepper. I usually add parmesan cheese at the end. I don't know if it's appropriate for a kid but I add wasabi to my mash at times.

kareendj I love, love, love cheese! I think most people don't like earing cheese because of its aftertaste... Hmmm, not really sure. Sometimes, it also has to do with its smell, I guess.
