kdogg3270 i have heard from many people that it is a resource hog..i would'nt recommend using vista on an older computer.

kdogg3270 i get along great with my boss, the night-shift supervisor at my company. I work at a low-paying manufacturing plant in san antonio, tx and if not for the pleasant atmosphere working at night, i would have quit a long time ago.

I am 24 years Old. I am around 53 to 55 KG. I want to know how can I increase my weight. I don't want to e fatty but a little healthy. I eat daily properly but still it doesn't works out for me.

kdogg3270 eat foods high in protein. you could also join a gym and work on building some muscle if you don't already exercise. that would be a healthy way to add a few pounds.

I am sure the best form of exercising is Running/Jogging or Walking, It keeps you fit and in good shape. Tell me what do you do keep yourself in shape.

kdogg3270 I lift weights, and mix in some cardio - usually on the bike. Sometimes i go for a 2 mile jog around the neighborhood on my non-lifting days.. I am actually in better shape at 37 than i was at 18.

kdogg3270 for me it's got to be weightlifting. Give me energy, helps boost metabolism by the sheer process of building muscle. It also strengthens joints. I have always wanted to learn to swim however.
