kemmerlin6 I have wrapped apples with brown sugar and butter up in some foil (really tight) and stuck it down in the coals. After they cook up real nice, you can put them in a bowl and top them with icecream. :)

I never would have done this on my own but it really is good. It really enhances the flavor and you grill it the same way that you would a Grilled cheese sandwich. Give it a try and then let me know what you think........Yum!
