kingkrunal Hey , Dont feel sad about it. The best thing is just have a talk with yr bf. Ask him what exactly is going on. If he says that they are just friends than go and talk o that girl. Threaten him to stay away from yr bf. :) Try it will work..

kingkrunal franne... only food wont keep you away from the cramps... You can do a little bit of exercise and increase the intake of calcium in your diet... natural diet :)

kingkrunal i think you should go for e5. There is a [problem with e72 getting hang if any heavy application are running. SO make your choice and go for e5.
