A week back I noticed some 4-5 bite marks at the angle of my mouth.My mother told that its spider bite marks but I neglected.Now its painful and busted, oozing fluid from it.

satylot Dieting doesnt mean to stop eating, it means having a balanced diet. just avoid simple sugar as they are absorbsed fast and increase body glucose. Have food in small amount and frequently.

satylot I thing best way ti slim is to have control over your diet. Take the diet with low amount of fats and simple carbohydrates.Add animal proteins more than that of plant. Do little bit of exercises thats will make you slim..
