satylot Dieting doesnt mean to stop eating, it means having a balanced diet. just avoid simple sugar as they are absorbsed fast and increase body glucose. Have food in small amount and frequently.

satylot I thing best way ti slim is to have control over your diet. Take the diet with low amount of fats and simple carbohydrates.Add animal proteins more than that of plant. Do little bit of exercises thats will make you slim..

satylot Yeah I was a decent guy in my college. so most of my colleagues take advantage of me so I thought many times in my mind that next time if I see that guy i will punch his face.I did rehearsal but I didnt do it once also..
