Whew! I still have 8 more hours to go before my shift ends. I already feel so sleepy. I hate 12hour shifts. Can you give me ways to get through my shift without feeling very sleepy?

kmouano By the way, I work as a nurse. I couldn't take frequent works since I couldn't leave the station. My passion to help my patients is what keeps me going despite a cruel 12hour shift.
