kurumi I think no mothers would want to give up their child to somebody else ever. mostly due to circumstances, like too young to provide for the child, etc. If the child given to adoption is able to live a good life with the foster parents, i think its a good thing...

kurumi Yes breakfast is important because you have already slept for 6 to 8 hours and you are losing those glucose levels that are necessary for the brains, your muscles etc. And if you want to lose weight, eat your breakfast.

kurumi Swimming, cycling and running are some of the exercises you can do to reduce weight, fast. Besides these, each exercise session should be more than 1hr, to burn those calories away. Also, watch your diet. Eat less fatty meat and more vegetables and fruits....

kurumi I believe this is because by using the internet, there are a lot of options. It saves time as well. For example if she/he goes through an online dating agency, she/he can search for their ideal partners by looking at their profiles. Imagine doing it off line....
