kylec123 Edward Notron has my vote hands down. He is a very talented actor. He basically has nailed every aspect of acting in his films. He can play an extremely emotional role...like his in 25th hour and the painted veil. He is really in touch with his violent side...

Just saw it because everyone I know says it's a masterpiece, and I will be honest-I enjoyed it. I thought it was overly gruesome at times, but all in all its a really interesting movie.

kylec123 i dont really understadn the not likeing of the violent parts. Those were the best parts of the film. IMO at least.. haha love this movie though..one of my favorites.

Did you hate it or love it? Why? To be honest, I loved it a lot. The use of story-telling amazed me; as well as the difference between reality and Stephane's dreams. I also loved how he confused both.

I've had people tell me that they won't watch movies in foreign languages because they don't like to read subtitles. Do you think reading subtitles would spoil your enjoyment of a movie?

kylec123 No Haivng subtitles dosnt ruin it at all for me. Two of my favorite movies are in subtitles. Which are Pans labyrnith and The lives of others. Theres more subtitled movies i enjoy, but those are just the ones that i think of at first.

kylec123 It took me only once. I love this movie though. I think i could say in my top 5 of all time. At first i didnt realy catch on to the scene transitions. But after a bit i picked up and put the pieces together.

kylec123 Yes it does show that in the film. I didnt analize that issue really. Its such a powerful film if you can just have the patience to understand whats going on. Well i am a christian...and i believe when you die you are being reborn kinda.....to go into heaven....
