Leandco You should eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day, when you eat less than the average perosn, you body can go into "starvation mode" and slow down your metabolism since is is conserving calories. So try to eat small meals of HEALTHY fruits, vegies, and PROTEINS!, also,...
