lexridley I used to go to gym but then i got over it. Now i occasionally do push ups and sit up and sometimes jog. I think its very healthy to do it though. Evn just a jog a couple times a week can make you feel very good about yourself.

lexridley Biting my nails!!! i just never can seem to stop. It drives me mad! Good discussion. Supposedly if you do something 16 times consecutively it becomes a habit. Wish it was as easy to stop the habit. LOL.
