luko4me I met my husband in my very first college class. There was definate interest on my part. He didn't remember me from that class. We started dating 3 weeks later. We dated for 2 years and then were engaged for 2 years. We have been married for 15 years.

I almost always stay home with my kids and we have snacks, watch the ball fall in NYC on tv and toast the New Year in with some wine or champagne. It's pretty rare that we go out at all.

luko4me We usually stay home and watch the ball drop on tv. Last year, my son stayed up for the first time. This year, we are going to a Notre Dame hockey game that starts at 4pm. It should be a lot of fun. We will still be home for most of the evening.

luko4me I have found that about half of the people I talk to in stores will say Happy Holidays and half will say Merry Christmas. I was in Wal-mart yesterday, and the cashier said Merry Christmas. I always say Merry Christmas.
