madserene I have a 4yr old dog - a mixed breed stray I got from the streets when she was a 3 mth old pup. She's noisy, not easy to train and has BO(even though I bathe her every wk). But she loves me.

Medical opinion differs on this topic.. they say a sound sleep of 5 hrs will also do... but the best is 6-8 hrs a day... there was a time when i was working on ship i never used to sleep for more that 4 hrs a day and it continued...

madserene My mom is in her fifties. She sleeps alot and complain that she's always tired. she sleeps abt 8hrs a day. I would love to sleep for at least 10hrs but I always sleep less than 7hrs. It's killing me. Argh.

madserene I love medium/big dogs. I have a medium sized dog and she's lovely. Big dogs are so nice to hug and I know I won't step on them accidently cos they are easy to spot. And they look more dominant than the smaller dogs, makes me feel a little more protected.
