Do your computer run slower and slower?

My laptop is getting slower and slower as time goes by. The starting and shutting down sequence is getting longer and longer. Programs also take sometime to load up. This problem gets worst as time goes by. Any solution?

magalloy You should do a disk cleanup followed by a defrag. This will help boot-up and shut down times. Right click the drive in My Computer - Properties - Disk cleanup. Delete the temp files, internet browser cache etc. No need to compress the drive contents. Then...
