they thought it was too ignorant? my parents wouldnt let me read dr Seuss or watch movies like charlie and the chocolate factory and most cartoons or children's movies etc.. they thought they held no value as far as intelligence...

mahanjili everything can not be fun...whereas it amuses children. it is advisible to be selective becoz the children may be misguided by it.

mahanjili I dont need so much comportable acomodation, but at least food, drinking water must be available and safe. But adventure does not sound me asking for comport...it is to go without comport but refreshing the thirst of mind in a way or the other.

i've experienced both and it's more painful to be emotionally battered. bruises will be gone after few days but the pain inside will never heal easily. i feel really worhtless and depress everytime my boyfriend hurts me...

mahanjili What i have experienced is 'favour' for particular son/daughter happens when the one is lack in something. Bcoz in that case, the parents have fear/plans how they could be equalised.

mahanjili yea, in my case it is completely opposite becoz my wife thin and thinner than i wanted her to be. However, the essence is thw same. I have tried for her and yet find good ways to make her healthier. What i say is-fat or thin should not affect the relation....

mahanjili 'Good mother' is a very big term. Good mothers are beyond decisions but they are good by nature and can induce everything good and never tired of being a good mother. Otherwise, people only try to be good mother in words but not from the core.
