malihat Maybe they're not available in the local Sainsbury's and only in the bigger ones. You could trying buying them online if you don't find them instore or if you don't have a big Sainsbury's near you.

malihat That is exactly what I plan to do; I will eat something light an hour before workout, then workout, and then afterwards I will drink lots of water and have a proper meal. Thanks for your reply!

malihat Bellapop, according to your profile, you are from the United Kingdom. I live there too and can confirm that lots of supermarkets there do sell frozen blueberries. I usually buy mine from Sainsbury's.
