mammy71 well when you have to eat with out salt you will be able to we have been eating without salt for quite some time now because of health reasons...it isnt easy but you can do that ... and the food does taste terrible with out salt ..

mammy71 well the only thing i can say try reading a book , do you like to crochet knit, or some thing like that try that.... how about volunteer at a library reading to the younger children ...help the elderly with there chores. flowers are a good source also .
