I find that people who eat fish are quite brainy and generally do not put on a lot of weight, while people who eat chicken more often do put on a lot of weight. Although I love chicken, I avoid it as I have to watch my weight....

It's been so hot around here lately, so I've started taking several showers daily just to cool off. After a nice shower or bath, my blood pressure goes down and sometimes, I get sleepy. That's not so good, in the middle...
