manzum78 Be patient anyway.Sometimes we just have to let it go...i know it's hard because they're our parent right? We love them so much...just be a good daughter/son, help them when they get into the trouble sooner or later they'll understand, just a matter of time

manzum78 well, instead of chating nonsens. Better we make more invitation among our friends....it's hard and waste alot of time if we want to send an email to every each them. Why dont we go to any groups, join them and invite the groups, in that case all the group...

manzum78 yes, i do exercise 3 times a week . I need it coz i spend most of my times in front of the monitor. Usually on monday, wednesday, and saturday. But you know what, my favourite exercise is skipping for 15 minutes.....it's better then jogging for more then a few...
