margoosey From what i understood from my doctor is: The brain is not naturally producing enough of (one/or more) of the neurotransmitter like serotonin, dopamine, norrepinephrine, etc., which changes your emotions, etc.

margoosey I know sometimes my mind just wont stop thinking, but that's not always true. I've tried all the home remedies and RX meds -- nothing seems to help. It's miserable laying there all night long watching the clock.
