What Do You Do When You Can't Sleep?

I should be in bed, but I can't sleep. I have to be at work at 3am. What's strange is I even took some PM cold medicine as my throat is still hurting and I'm still not sleepy. I'm sure I'll pay for it tomorrow.

maria560 i agree. people who are usually materialistic aren't very happy at the end of the day. things dont make you happy in the long run. you have to be satisfied with yourself and your life (people in it and the things you do) to find true happiness.

maria560 they look good. styles more important than comfort to a lot of people. not everyone, but most of the people i know. i'd rather have fresh kicks then dorky comfortable shoes

i like nike apparels more than adidas especially on the basketball shoes, shirts, polo shirts, etc... but in adidas what i like is the sneaker shoes and the jackets...

I find that all my motivation and energy collapses( phase 1: depression),I become paranoid and delirious(phase 2) and finally rages of psychotic feelings(phase 3) come upon me if I don't go out for a walk or do a little shopping...

maria560 i think the best thing to do is hang out with people that you have fun with and make you laugh...and most importantly, think about things that your looking forward to, even if its something small like a new episode of your favorite tv show...it really does...
