mariagabriella i use msg on a case to case basis... it depends on what i shall be cooking. if i cook soup yes i use it but if i cook mixed vegetables of fried meats i do not use them.

mariagabriella i love to cook.. so i make it a point that i wake up early in the morning to cook breakfast. here in the philippines we are rice eaters so we eat rice for breakfast with eggs, hotdogs, omelettes, or canned foods like tuna, corned beef.

mariagabriella eating fish regularly is good for the heart specially if it is fresh because it has less cholesterol. you can cook it in different ways aside from frying to make it more palatable. you can steam it or grill it if it is fresh.
