mehulsarkar well i would have agreed with u if it would have been a normal duty ...but being in an emergency duty it beats the hell out of u for 18 hrs straight!!so i would rather take a shoewer at 3am than disturb my day sleep the next day.!!!

mehulsarkar well u can always get a membership for a temperature controlled pool...they r quite good...swimming is just one sport...u can play tennis.. i play too.. its a good workout.. fast walking is also good only id u walk fast enough that u sweat...have a good time...
