Marvin The problem with doctors in our country is their professionalism. They would set an appointment and then arrive 4 or 5 hours late. I hope they should consider not wasting their client’s time.

Marvin I am into muay thai as hobby. I am already 45 so just to be safe, I am wearing an ankle brace. I guesss this helps in preventing my ankle from Getting dangerously extended. Maybe I’ll stop wearing it when my ankles get stronger.
