mothershaveneedstoo They are almost completely different laws - the 7 Noahide laws and the 10 commandments. Check it out more thoroughly on the link I copied above. There are some groups who call themselves B'Nai Noach (Sons of Noah) who follow these laws. Here's a yahoo group...
