murkcore I think a balance of both is important. You could gain experience with your book knowledge and what is book knowledge if you don't convert it to experience. So i think both should go together.

murkcore I think that cannot be avoided. cause normally you will upload a picture that has a connection to you or says something about you for your profile. so it's normal when people think your a dog lover or something when your profile picture is that of a dog.
