Earbuds versus head phones

Which do you prefer to use, earbuds or regular head phones??? I like the earbuds that are soft and small (fit in my ear like in the picture) I prefer them. If they aren't then I would much rather use a regular headphone.

MyLinnsLynn No, I don't think that it cleans your system out that fast...unless of course, you drink waaaay too much of it and it shuts your kidneys down. Then you'd be peeing out straight coffee. Shutting down your kidneys is never a healthy thing to do, so I wouldn't...

MyLinnsLynn The first thing that happens is that my face turns as red as a beet. Then, I usually smile and laugh at myself. Sometimes being embarrassed makes me stumble over my words, especially if it was something that I'd said that had caused the embarrassment.

MyLinnsLynn I type using the proper alignment of the fingers to the keys. I can type 86 words per minute. I don't think that's all that fast, but, better than some and not as good as others, I'm sure. I took two years of typing in high school...waaaay back when...lol....
