nicavia I actually do both. If I feel that my hands are dirty and there's no washing area in the place I'd use a fork and knife, but if there's a washing area or if its home delivery its all hands :D

nicavia I'd go for blogger since its user-friendly and a lot of people use it. I've used Xanga and LiveJournal before for personal blogging but I switched to Multiply now. I suggest you use blogger if you want to monetize your blog.
