Judy Evans Eggs are in short supply here too because of bird flu. But the flu in in our eastern states, not here. Our eggs are going over there. I guess they must get more for them over there. Trade is funny sometimes.

Lenore Plassman Simple, easy peasy supper tonight. Lentils with carrots, onion and potatoes. Seasoning and a little soy sauce. I do have ravioli still so maybe tonight I will toss some of those in for fun.
