I thought by now we might be getting a break from this 90+ degree weather here in Florida. What happened to autumn?
Isn't it supposed to start getting a little cooler? I'm no asking for much, just a little drop in temperature,...

But thankfully the roses...

Now that we’re ‘old-age pensioners’, we get a few perks from the government. For starters, if you live a certain distance from the metropolitan area, you get a voucher each year for $500 of free fuel. Couples only get one voucher...

I am guilty of sharing a link to a post on Facebook that later I took time to look at and after fact checking it, like a follower told me to do, I found out that the shared article on my Facebook Wall was just a rumor that had...

We've had a few days of lovely spring-like weather here, so I've spent quite of bit of time outside cleaning out my flower beds and getting ready for spring blooms. The daffodils are just beginning to bloom.
We've planted...

Jackie Money We've got a stressed cat. When she gets worried she keeps scratching and nibbling her fur out. We've now got a natural spray that contains valerian, We got it from our local pet superstore and it really seems to help. Unfortunately, this particular one is...

The rain is coming down hard and heavy right now. With all the snow we got a few days ago everything is flooding. When the temperatures drop tomorrow everything will be an icy mess again. Rain this time of year is never a good...

Jackie Money I love going to sleep when we have a summer storm. I used to hate the thunder as a child but now I find it relaxing.

I am very talkative in general and I like to talk to strangers, but I make sure I don't give out too many of my personal information. I am always told not to discuss things with strangers.

I don't really need to know what you'd name an island. It's just a rhetorical question so I can tell you about the Montebello Islands which form an archipelago of about 174 small islands. Collectively they cover about 22 square...
