I've always personally looked at saying "bless you" when someone sneezes as a sign of courtesy, like you would say "excuse me" if you burped or you would say "thank you" if someone did something nice for you.
It makes me crazy...

onceafrog When I was a kid, I always get the "bless you" thing. NOw, When someone sneezes, i make it a point that I say "bless you". It is alright for me when no one has the courtesy to say bless you when I sneeze. As they say, it is better to give than to receive. =D
