pacificprincess2165 When I place my kids food in front of them or even a snack they both thank me for it and also ask to be excused from the table when they are finished even if I am not in the kitchen or dinning room with them.

pacificprincess2165 I quit about 5 years ago and it was the best thing I ever did. I still miss that after a meal one or the first one of the day, to get you up and going. I found that chewing gum was a big help. Good Luck, you can do it!
