Peter Abrahamson I think that a mixture of fruit, cereal or oats porridge, eggs and bacon, toast and marmalade, tea or coffee, does it nicely for me! But then I would be eating too much! They say eat like a king at breakfast, a prince at lunch and a pauper at supper.
