phnx20 I still live in apartments and one of the things I have never liked is the loud and obnoxious neighbors. I always try to be considerate about my surroundings so as not to upset others. I just wish others would do the same.

phnx20 You did a good thing by calling the police. I don't believe people should be speeding especially through suburban areas. Hopefully the police in your area will be able to help more now that they know the problem exists.

phnx20 Nope absolutely not. I wouldn't get a dog unless it was from a reputable dealer. When you just go to the pet shop it's just not the same.
