phyrethyme Hello. I don't know anything about Vitex but I'm also having issues with my cycle. My doctor suggested pills and said that my period is messed up due to stress. Have you visited your physician?

phyrethyme I almost totally agree with you. Like what the first user said, even sometimes at home kids aren't safe.. it's so unfortunate. Sure, there are some things we can do to prevent this (learn self-defense, etc.) but we can't 100% eliminate inevitable instances.....
