I just registered for my first half-marathon. I have plenty of time to train as it's not until May. This is good because the weather should be nicer by then too! lol! I also just won my first first place medal in my age division!...

So I finally found a street mile to race, and when I was about to sign up I noticed I could sign up for the open category or barefoot. Either way I'm sure I have no chance of being in the top 3 (unless only 3 people go barefoot),...

Today is the " Go without shoes day!" People around the world are going barefoot. Reason behind this is because it shows them how it feels for the children and adults that dont have shoes to wear feel. please join in!
