pitch32 What guide are you talking about Andrea? If I were you I would concentrate on advising people to get treatment at a cosmetic clinic for removal of hair permanantly with IPL (intense pulsed light) or ultrasound technology.... don't wax people!

pitch32 you don't need to drink so much water. Studies have shown that we get a lot of the water that we need from our food (as a lot of food contains moisture). Therefore don't worry too much but you should drink water anyway if possible, it won't kill you to do so....
