How old is too old to be having kids?

pkosher I suggest you ask the doctor's what they will do. You have the right to know what will happen during the procedure before it happens. You should also find out how long it will take and what the recovery will be before going in for it.

pkosher I think it will be great for your mom to spend some alone time with your kids. I think all grandparents like a little time with grandchildren when the parents aren't there. I think it helps them get to know each other better.

pkosher I think all kids do this at their own speed. By kindergarten you won't be able to tell who walked/talked/potty trained early or late. They all start at about the same spot.

pkosher What is the custody arragement? Sometimes that will set up when you can see him through the court and there will be nothing she can do about it. If the court says you get him every other weekend then she can't keep him from coming those dates.
