ppartee I have to admit I am not a big shoe buyer. (very unusual for a women) but I do love handbags. My overstuffed closet of handbags that I have used probably once or twice proves it. If the bag is on sale, I will buy it.

ppartee My understanding of the refund is that it will be given to those people who have paid taxes. I think it would only be fair to those who pay taxes to receive the refund.
