i got a deep fryer for Christmas. I have made ollie bollen (which is similar to miniature apple fritters). i've also made fried chicken. both have turned out very well. does anyone have any good recipes for other items?

how do i get my cake to be moister?

i love to bake. everytime i make cake though, it comes out tasting a little bit too dry even when i use a cake mix. Does anyone have any tips for when i make cake to have it come out a little bit moister and not as heavy?

my husband and i took our son to see this movie on Christmas Day. It was a very good movie, starring Adam Sandler. i love most of the movies he does, but i enjoyed this one the most. it was so funny.
